A680 is a water-based coating developed by Bant for the outer coating of wet-pressed pulp molded industrial packaging products. It adopts a unique Pikering process and features excellent anti-chipping, anti-scratch, and anti-friction properties. It also has the advantages of high-temperature resistance without yellowing and self-demolding. It is highly recyclable and re-pulpable. Most importantly, it can be applied simultaneously with the wet-pressed paper-plastic molding process without the need for additional coating and drying equipment, saving costs and space while increasing efficiency.
