A600 is a water-based coating developed by Bante New Materials for the outer coating of dry-pressed pulp molded industrial packaging products. It adopts a unique Pickering process and features excellent anti-chipping, anti-scratch, and anti-friction properties. It also has the advantages of high-temperature resistance without yellowing and self-demolding. It is highly recyclable and re-pulpable. Most importantly, it can be applied simultaneously with the dry-pressed paper-plastic workpiece, eliminating the need for additional coating and drying equipment, saving costs and space, and increasing efficiency.
