FAK pulp mold waterproofing agent utilizes fatty acids derived from natural plant oils as raw materials. Through a benzene-free emulsification process, it produces a stable, uniform white emulsion composed of C14-C16 alkanoic acid diene ketone dimer (AKD) and deionized water. Its outstanding characteristics include safety, health benefits, environmental friendliness, and excellent biodegradability. Technologically, improvements to traditional high-pressure homogenization processes effectively slow AKD hydrolysis while enhancing product stability. Additionally, moderate cationic charge density maximizes AKD retention on fibers, thereby boosting waterproofing agent efficiency.
